Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick ordered items from warehouse shelves using pick lists or scanners.
- Verify product details and quantities against order requirements.
- Package items securely and efficiently to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages correctly for shipping and distribution.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment, adhering to safety guidelines.
- Assist in receiving and stocking incoming inventory as needed.
- Operate manual pallet jacks safely.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or damaged goods to supervisors.
- Follow all company safety protocols and wear required PPE.
- Meet or exceed productivity and accuracy targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse experience, particularly in picking and packing, is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Good physical stamina, with the ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Willingness to comply with safety regulations and wear appropriate PPE.
