Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and stock shelves accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and speed.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate manual equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Conduct inventory counts and assist in maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Identify and report any damaged goods or safety hazards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Support overall logistics and distribution processes as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Willingness to perform lifting tasks, up to 50 pounds.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
- Commitment to workplace safety and following all safety guidelines.
- Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain concepts is beneficial.
