Become a key member of our Logistics team in Boise, Idaho as a Picker/Packer! This role is vital for the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of customer orders. You will be responsible for accurately retrieving items from warehouse storage locations and meticulously packaging them for shipment. We are looking for dedicated individuals with excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to Safety. This fast-paced position requires physical stamina, including regular Lifting of packages. Responsibilities:
- Pick items according to customer orders accurately.
- Package products carefully to prevent damage during transit.
- Verify order details against picked items.
- Utilize RF scanners and other warehouse technology.
- Assist with stocking and organizing inventory.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work areas.
- Operate hand trucks and pallet jacks.
- Follow all Safety regulations and procedures.
- Report any inventory issues or concerns to management.
- Support the smooth functioning of our Logistics department.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or picking/packing experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong focus on accuracy and detail.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Awareness of warehouse Safety best practices and the correct use of PPE.
- Good organizational skills.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Basic understanding of Logistics operations.
