As a Warehouse Worker, you will handle materials, operate equipment, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure the overall organization and cleanliness of the warehouse. Responsibilities include loading and unloading trucks, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and performing general maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate is a hardworking individual with a strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and teamwork. This position requires physical stamina, the ability to perform tasks involving frequent lifting, and a willingness to learn various warehouse functions. Strict adherence to safety protocols and the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) are paramount. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and store incoming inventory.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and trailers.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory and stock.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assist with shipping and receiving duties.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform lifting tasks up to 50 pounds.
- Understanding of basic warehouse logistics.
- Commitment to workplace safety and willingness to use PPE.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
