Seeking motivated Picker/Packers for our bustling warehouse in Austin, Texas! This role is fundamental to our order fulfillment process, ensuring that our customers receive their products accurately and on time. As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for accurately selecting items from warehouse shelves based on customer orders, meticulously packing these items for shipment, and preparing them for dispatch. Your responsibilities will include using scanning equipment to track inventory, ensuring the quality and integrity of products before packing, and applying appropriate shipping labels and documentation. We emphasize a strong focus on safety; therefore, the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is paramount. Qualifications:

- Previous experience in picking, packing, or warehouse roles is advantageous.
- Ability to lift and move items up to 40 pounds.
- Familiarity with warehouse environments and basic logistics principles.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment, including consistent PPE usage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
