Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments.
- Organize and stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick items based on customer orders or internal requests.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse space.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Wear all required PPE and report any safety concerns.
- Participate in inventory management tasks, such as cycle counts.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods.
- Capacity for frequent lifting of up to 45 lbs.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of basic warehouse and logistics concepts is a plus.
