Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic Warehouse Associates to join our dynamic team in Baltimore, Maryland. This role is essential to the smooth functioning of our logistics operations, ensuring that goods are managed efficiently and accurately within our facility. As a Warehouse Associate, your responsibilities will span various critical functions, including receiving shipments, stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing items for dispatch. You will operate in a busy warehouse environment, contributing directly to the timely delivery of products to our diverse clientele. A strong emphasis is placed on safety; all team members are expected to strictly adhere to safety regulations and utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. This position requires individuals with a solid work ethic, the ability to handle physical demands including regular lifting, and a keen eye for detail. Prior experience in a warehouse setting or in logistics is highly beneficial, though comprehensive training will be provided to successful candidates. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately receive and unload incoming shipments.
  • Sort, label, and store inventory in appropriate locations.
  • Pick items for orders with precision using order sheets or scanning devices.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
  • Load outgoing shipments onto delivery vehicles.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and use designated PPE.
  • Participate in regular inventory checks and cycle counts.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided/certification required for some).

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse procedures and logistics.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Commitment to safety and following instructions carefully.
  • Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
