Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret pick lists or utilize RF scanners to identify and locate items.
- Select the correct items and quantities for customer orders.
- Check items for damage and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Stage picked items for packing and shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Follow all safety regulations and wear required PPE.
- Assist with stock replenishment and inventory tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience as an Order Picker or in a similar warehouse role is advantageous.
- Capability to handle frequent lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to all protocols.
- Must be able to stand for entire shifts and move quickly through the warehouse.
Your dedication to accuracy and adherence to safety measures, including proper PPE usage, are vital for success in this role. The physical demands include significant lifting.
