Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately using WMS and RF scanners.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate material handling equipment safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fulfillment center.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including mandatory PPE usage.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counting activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics department.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics roles is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanners.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must be able to perform frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Commitment to safety and proper use of PPE.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
