We are seeking a motivated Fulfillment Associate to join our team in Richmond, Virginia. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks within our distribution center, contributing to the seamless fulfillment of customer orders. Your duties will include receiving, processing, and storing inventory, picking and packing orders accurately, and preparing shipments for dispatch. You will also assist in maintaining warehouse organization and cleanliness, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment. A strong understanding of logistics processes and a commitment to Safety are essential. You must adhere strictly to all company policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position requires physical stamina, the ability to perform tasks involving significant Lifting, and a detail-oriented approach. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all company Safety regulations and guidelines.
- Wear and properly use all required PPE.
- Assist with Loading and unloading of trucks.
- Perform duties that require consistent Lifting and physical exertion.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is advantageous.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance goals.
- Commitment to Safety and teamwork in a logistics setting.
