An opportunity exists for a skilled Inventory Control Specialist to join our growing logistics operation in Provo, Utah. This role is vital to ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory. You will be responsible for conducting cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions to maintain precise stock levels. Your duties will include performing regular inventory audits, managing stock rotation (FIFO/LIFO), and ensuring all inventory movements are accurately recorded in our Warehouse Management System (WMS). We are looking for an individual with a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This position plays a critical part in our supply chain, impacting everything from order fulfillment to financial reporting. You will collaborate with various departments, including receiving, shipping, and operations, to resolve inventory issues efficiently. Adherence to all safety protocols and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is paramount. The ability to perform lifting of up to 30 lbs is expected.
