Job Summary:
Join our growing logistics team as a Warehouse Associate in Indianapolis, Indiana! We are seeking motivated individuals to support our daily warehouse operations. This role is fundamental to ensuring that our clients receive their orders accurately and on time. You will engage in a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing shipments. A strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and teamwork is essential.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, verify, and stock incoming merchandise.
  • Accurately pick customer orders using pick lists or scanning technology.
  • Pack items carefully to prevent damage during transit.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
  • Assist with inventory control through cycle counts and stock verification.
  • Adhere to all company policies, particularly those concerning safety and the use of PPE.
  • Support logistics team in achieving daily operational goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned within the warehouse.

Qualifications:
  • Previous warehouse or distribution experience is a plus.
  • Ability to perform lifting duties up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
  • Familiarity with basic warehouse equipment and logistics concepts.
  • Dedication to safety protocols and the correct use of PPE.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for the duration of the shift.
  • Positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork.
  • Reliability and punctuality are crucial.
