We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Inventory Control Specialist to maintain the precision and integrity of our warehouse stock. In this vital position, you will oversee inventory levels, conduct detailed cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and implement measures to reduce shrinkage and enhance accuracy. Collaboration with warehouse leadership and operational teams is key to optimizing stock flow and ensuring product availability. This role demands strong problem-solving abilities, exceptional attention to detail, and a comprehensive understanding of inventory control best practices within a logistics context. Responsibilities include: conducting routine cycle counts and physical inventory checks; investigating and resolving any inventory variances; updating and maintaining inventory data within the Warehouse Management System (WMS); analyzing inventory trends and reporting findings; developing and refining inventory control procedures; and ensuring strict adherence to all company Safety guidelines. While the role is primarily analytical, occasional moderate Lifting may be necessary. Mandatory use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required.
