Are you an experienced leader with a passion for Logistics and warehouse operations? We are looking for a proactive Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team in Baltimore, Maryland. In this key leadership role, you will oversee daily warehouse activities, manage a team of warehouse associates, and ensure the efficient and safe flow of goods. Your responsibilities will include supervising staff, delegating tasks, monitoring performance, enforcing Safety regulations, and optimizing workflow to meet productivity targets. You will play a vital role in maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating shipments, and ensuring adherence to all company policies and procedures. A strong understanding of warehouse Safety best practices is essential, and you will be responsible for promoting a culture of Safety and ensuring the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by your team. Experience with Loading and Unloading operations, and potentially Forklift oversight, is beneficial. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team. Expect to be involved in managing physical processes, including overseeing Lifting operations and ensuring proper handling of materials. We are looking for a results-oriented individual who can drive efficiency and contribute to the overall success of our Logistics operations in Baltimore.
