Join our team as a Warehouse Associate in St. Louis, Missouri, where you'll play a vital role in the efficient operation of our logistics hub. This position is fundamental to our supply chain, involving a variety of tasks to ensure smooth warehouse flow. As a Warehouse Associate, you will contribute to receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping operations. Your adaptability and willingness to learn new tasks will be highly valued. This role requires active participation in all aspects of warehouse management.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock inventory accurately in designated locations.
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts if certified).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety guidelines and utilize required PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics is beneficial.
