Job Summary:
We are recruiting a Picker/Packer to join our energetic warehouse team in Los Angeles, California. This position is fundamental to our order fulfillment process, requiring accuracy and efficiency in retrieving items and preparing them for shipment. You will work closely with our logistics team to ensure customer orders are processed correctly and dispatched promptly. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and is committed to quality service.
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick items from inventory based on order sheets.
  • Pack orders securely and safely for transit.
  • Verify order contents for accuracy before packing.
  • Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
  • Maintain an organized and clean workstation.
  • Operate hand trucks or pallet jacks as needed.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
  • Contribute to the overall effectiveness of our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in picking, packing, or warehouse operations is preferred.
  • Ability to read and understand order forms and product labels.
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift.
  • Capacity for lifting items up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Knowledge of basic warehouse safety and logistics principles.
  • Willingness to wear required PPE.
