Job Summary:
We are hiring an Order Picker to join our dynamic warehouse team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This role is essential for ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders. You will be responsible for accurately retrieving items from warehouse storage locations according to specified order lists. The ideal candidate is motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced logistics environment. Your attention to detail and speed will directly contribute to our customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive and interpret pick lists or order documents.
  • Locate and retrieve assigned items from warehouse shelves and storage areas.
  • Verify the accuracy of picked items against order requirements.
  • Stage picked items for packing and shipment.
  • Maintain an organized and clean work area.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks as needed.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse or order picking role is beneficial.
  • Ability to read and understand pick sheets and product labels.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
  • Capacity for lifting items up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of warehouse safety protocols and the importance of PPE.
  • Team-oriented attitude and good work ethic.
