Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately retrieve items from warehouse locations based on pick lists.
- Verify the accuracy of picked items against customer orders.
- Package products securely and appropriately for shipping, ensuring protection from damage.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for carrier pickup.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Strictly adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or damaged goods to supervisors promptly.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock put-away as needed.
- Operate manual and electric pallet jacks and other lifting devices safely.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or picker/packer role is a significant advantage.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver items weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency in working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
- Understanding of warehouse safety regulations and the importance of PPE.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
