Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate manual and powered equipment for material movement.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counting.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and **safety**-conscious work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies, including **PPE** usage and **safety** procedures.
- Assist with **Lifting** and moving of packages, up to 50 pounds.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Contribute to the efficiency of our overall **logistics** process.
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is beneficial.
- Ability to perform **Lifting** and carrying of items up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of **logistics** operations.
- Commitment to workplace **safety** and proper use of **PPE**.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work different shifts as needed.
