We are seeking a dynamic Fulfillment Associate to join our team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our order fulfillment process, ensuring that products are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. Your attention to detail and efficiency are critical to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and supporting our logistics operations. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the smooth flow of goods from our facility. We foster a culture of teamwork and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Inspect items for quality before packing.
- Prepare packages for shipping, including labeling.
- Receive and process incoming inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse role is a plus.
- Ability to perform moderate lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to adhere to safety guidelines and wear PPE.
