Join our team as a Warehouse Worker in Cincinnati, Ohio! We need reliable and hardworking individuals to assist with a variety of tasks essential to our warehouse operations. You'll be involved in receiving, storing, and shipping goods, playing a key role in our company's logistics and distribution network. A strong emphasis on safety and efficiency is expected.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks and containers.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space.
- Conduct inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Wear required PPE at all times to ensure personal and team safety .
- Assist with other duties as assigned to support overall operational goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or manual labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform lifting of up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Basic understanding of warehouse procedures and logistics .
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
- Commitment to workplace safety and correct use of PPE .
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
