Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance on all warehouse equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.
  • Operate equipment safely when necessary for testing and repair.
  • Ensure all work areas are kept clean and organized.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
  • Assist in training other staff on basic equipment operation and safety.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and order replacements as needed.
  • Stay updated on best practices in warehouse equipment maintenance and safety.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or Associate's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a maintenance technician in a warehouse or industrial setting.
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
  • Capacity for moderate lifting, up to 50 lbs.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Commitment to wearing appropriate PPE and following all safety guidelines.
