Join our thriving logistics team as a Warehouse Worker in Tampa, Florida! We are looking for motivated individuals to contribute to the smooth operation of our distribution center. This role is fundamental to our supply chain, ensuring efficient handling of goods from arrival to dispatch. You will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, order fulfillment, and shipping. Key responsibilities include unloading incoming shipments, verifying inventory accuracy, organizing stock in designated areas, picking and packing orders, and preparing outgoing shipments. Maintaining a safe and orderly workplace is a top priority, and adherence to all Safety guidelines is mandatory. We supply appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure your well-being. This position offers a great opportunity to learn and grow within the logistics industry. A strong work ethic and the ability to handle physical tasks, including frequent Lifting, are essential for success in this role. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming materials and products.
- Inspect and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
- Operate material handling equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all Safety procedures and guidelines.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform manual labor, including Lifting objects up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Commitment to Safety and following instructions.
- Willingness to use provided PPE.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
