Join our growing team as an Inventory Control Specialist in Orlando, Florida. In this critical role, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory. Your duties will include conducting regular cycle counts, investigating inventory discrepancies, managing stock levels, and implementing strategies to optimize inventory accuracy. This position is vital for ensuring the smooth operation of our **logistics** and supply chain. A thorough understanding of inventory management principles and warehouse procedures is essential. We maintain a strong focus on **safety**, and you will be required to use appropriate **PPE** when moving throughout the warehouse or handling materials. The role may involve some **lifting** of inventory items. Experience with inventory management software and a keen analytical mind are highly desirable. You will work closely with the warehouse management team to identify trends, reduce shrinkage, and improve overall inventory control processes.
