We are looking for skilled Forklift Operators to join our busy warehouse in Tampa, Florida! This role is critical to our logistics operations, ensuring the efficient and safe handling of all materials within the facility. You will operate various types of forklifts to move, stack, load, and unload inventory. A strong focus on Safety, precision, and efficiency is essential. Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and containers.
- Transport goods to and from different areas of the warehouse.
- Stack and organize inventory according to established procedures.
- Perform daily inspections of forklifts and report any maintenance issues.
- Follow all Safety guidelines and company policies to ensure a safe work environment.
- Assist with order picking and packing when necessary.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Wear appropriate PPE, including safety vests and hard hats when required.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our Logistics operations.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating forklifts. Certification from a recognized training provider is a plus. Ability to perform occasional Lifting of up to 50 lbs. Thorough understanding of warehouse Safety practices. Experience in Logistics is highly desirable. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate attention to detail. Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness. Must be punctual and reliable.
