We are looking for motivated Picker/Packers to join our busy warehouse in Tampa, Florida. In this essential role, you will be responsible for accurately picking items from warehouse shelves according to customer orders and efficiently packing them for shipment. Your precision and speed will directly impact our order fulfillment rates and customer satisfaction. This position requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently in a team, and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment. You will be working with a variety of products, requiring careful handling and accurate counts. Proper use of PPE and strict adherence to all Safety protocols are non-negotiable. We seek individuals who are reliable, energetic, and eager to contribute to our logistics operations. This role involves physical activity, including considerable standing, walking, and moderate to heavy Lifting . Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from inventory based on order lists.
- Inspect picked items for quality and accuracy.
- Efficiently pack items into appropriate shipping containers.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Maintain an organized workstation and contribute to overall warehouse cleanliness.
- Follow all Safety guidelines and procedures.
- Wear designated PPE at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts as needed.
- Support the overall logistics and fulfillment process.
- Perform regular physical tasks including Lifting up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a picking/packing or warehouse role is advantageous.
- Ability to read and understand order sheets and product codes.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and proper use of PPE .
- Physical stamina for standing, walking, and Lifting throughout the shift.
- Familiarity with basic logistics concepts.
