Data Engineering & SQL Development
Refactor andrebuild existing
SQL scripts, tables, and workflows
to improveperformance, scalability, and maintainability.
Design and develop
newSQL-based data pipelines
where needed, following data engineering bestpractices.
Establishconsistent
coding standards, data modeling conventions,and architectural patterns
across SQL artifacts.
Ensure alldevelopment aligns with structured
SDLC processes
whenmodifying or replacing legacy assets.
SDLC, Quality & Stability
Implement andoperate within structured development processes including:
Requirementsdefinition
Design anddevelopment
Testing andvalidation
Controlledproduction deployments
Improve reliabilityby introducing stronger
testing frameworks and changemanagement practices

Data Pipelines, Workflows & Dashboarding
Build and maintain
end-to-enddata pipelines
, including scripting, workflow orchestration, tablecreation, and downstream data consumption.
Support dashboardsand reporting used by Finance stakeholders, including developmentwithin
dashboardingtools
.
Architecture & Best Practices
Replace fragmentedor speed-optimized legacy solutions with
scalable,well-documented data architectures
.
Serve as a resourcefor
SQL development and data engineering best practices
within afinance-focused environment.
Technical Expertise
Expert-levelSQL
,with the ability to design complex queries and pipelines from scratch.
Strong
dataengineering experience.
Hands-on experiencedeveloping reports using dashboarding or visualization tools.
Experience workingwithin structured
SDLC processes,
including requirements, testing,deployment, and production support.
Domain Knowledge
Experiencesupporting
Finance or Accounting data environments
.
Revenueaccounting knowledge
is a plus.
Industry experiencefrom technology or SaaS companies highly preferred.

Demonstratedability to
modernize and stabilize legacy analyticalenvironments
