Responsibilities: Provide expert support and guidance to members via phone Find practical solutions to complex issues, ensuring a positive experience Collaborate with a team of committed professionals working toward shared goals Show leadership potential with a view to future progression Support and coach team members to help build a strong, high-performing team Deliver outstanding customer service, handling member requests, researching queries, and resolving disputes efficiently Build strong member relationships by gathering information, identifying life events, assessing needs, and presenting appropriate insurance solutions Proactively identify and recommend suitable insurance products to meet member needs Skills & Experience: Minimum of 1 years experience in financial services or sales role Customer contact experience in an insurance sales or service environment (preferred xcfaprz but not essential) Experience multitasking in a Windows environment Excellent business English skills (oral and written) Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting Qualifications Ideally a graduate or postgraduate Skills: Sales Support Customer Care Customer Service Sales Insurance Benefits: Performance Bonus Medical Aid / Health Care Pension Fund
