The role offers excellent exposure to a variety clients and the opportunity to lead a team of accounting professionals.
Key Responsibilities Assist with the management of a portfolio of clients to include sole trades, owner managed business, family businesses and farmers.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of accounting, tax, and compliance services.
Lead, support, and develop a team of accounting professionals.
Review financial statements, management accounts, and tax filings.
Maintain strong client relationships and deliver a high standard of service.
Implement best practice processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Contribute to business development and cross-selling of firm services.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
About You Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CPA) with at least 3 years' post-qualification experience.
Experience in a medium sized accountancy practice desirable.
Strong technical and people management skills.
