Salary: Base €40K, OTE €65K
A full clean driver’s license is required for the role.

The Ideal Candidate:
- Do you have 3+ years’ experience in Field Sales
- A Technical Mindset & Understanding is required
- A proven track record of selling into Manufacturing/Pharma or Healthcare is extremely desirable
- Candidates must have a full, clean Irish driver’s license.
- Experience working with Salesforce is essential.
The role:
- Build, manage, and convert your own pipeline across targeted sectors within your territory.
- Engage prospects through a consultative, problem‑solving approach, identifying real‑world challenges, listening actively, and mapping these to solutions.
- Respond quickly to inbound leads to maximise conversion opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and an excellent customer experience.
- Produce accurate forecasts, reports, and Salesforce updates to support business visibility and planning. xcfaprz
- Share insights and customer feedback to help shape ongoing product and service development.
