Role Summary We are looking for ahighly autonomous, commercially driven B2B Sales Representative to accelerate the development of our wholesale business across key European markets.
This role is strongly focused onoutbound prospection, new business acquisition, and long-term account growth.
You will own the full B2B sales cycle and play a direct role in shaping European expansion strategy.
This is a hands-on, results-driven role suited to a salesperson who thrives in fast-moving environments, works independently, and is motivated by uncapped earning potential.
Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales Develop and expand the company, B2B wholesale network across Europe (brick-and-mortar retailers, online stores, professional resellers, auction houses).
Drive new client acquisition through structured outbound prospection (email, phone, CRM-driven outreach).
Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, negotiation, deal closing, and repeat business.
Present and sell wholesale offering, including inventory depth, dynamic pricing, margins, and authenticity guarantees.
Account Management Manage and grow a portfolio of European wholesale clients with a focus on long-term partnerships.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, repeat orders, and account retention.
Act as a trusted commercial partner by understanding client needs and proposing relevant inventory solutions.
Pipeline, Performance & Operations Build, manage, and maintain a structured B2B sales pipeline using the company CRM.
Meet and exceed defined sales KPIs, including: Monthly and quarterly revenue targets New client acquisition objectives Pipeline value and conversion rates Identify key decision-makers within prospect organisations.
Coordinate closely with Credit Control and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth transactions, payments, and shipments.
Report pipeline activity, forecasts, and results to the Sales Director.
Tools & Working Environment CRM system for pipeline and client management Access to real-time inventory and pricing tools Close collaboration with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Credit Control) Travel Expectations Occasional travel within Europe to visit key clients and attend trade shows or industry events.
Required Skills & Experience Professional Experience 35+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in luxury, fashion, wholesale, resale, or high-value goods.
Proven success in outbound prospection and new business development.
Experience managing international or multi-market clients.
Business or sales-related education is a plus but not mandatory.
Bringing your own distribution network in the pre/owned, discount, luxury or fashion industry is a strong plus.
Core Skills Strong commercial mindset with a clear focus on results and long-term value creation.
Excellent negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills.
Highly organised and disciplined approach to pipeline management.
Comfortable working with fast-moving inventory and fluctuating pricing.
Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
Language Requirements Fluent English is mandatory (spoken and written).
Additional languages such asFrench, Spanish, German, Italian, Chinese, or Arabic are a strong advantage.

Compensation & Career Progression Base Salary (START to VERMEIL Levels): €40,000€50,000 gross per year Vermeil (€50,000) expects 2,000,000€ Start Portfolio to Manage (About 500,000€ Gross Margin to Maintain and Grow) Commission: Very competitive, uncapped, paid monthly It comes with a Start Franchise Portfolio paid at 2% Gross Margin and 10-15% From the Gross Margin for every EUR above the Franchise.

High-performing salespeople typically exceed€100,000 in total annual compensation within 3 years, with no upper earning limit as progression continues.
