We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. *Duties*
* Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
* Perform procedures needed per physician orders
* Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition.
* Collect and process specimens for laboratory testing.
* Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
* Document all patient interactions accurately in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
* Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
*Skills*
* Proficient in home care practices and long-term care nursing.
* Strong knowledge of internal medicine principles.
* Experience with specimen collection processing techniques.
* Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction and teamwork.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and care planning.
* Compassionate approach towards patient care with a focus on improving quality of life.
* Familiarity with healthcare systems and electronic health record management.

Pay: $25.00 - $36.50 per hour
