Riptide Physical Therapy, a private practice specializing in Orthopedics, is expanding in both staff and locations and is seeking physical therapists and physical therapy assistants who would like to work in a practice with emphasis on manual therapy and patient centered philosphy. Our practice was started in 2005 and has become an integral member of our southern Ocean County community, providing exceptional care for our friends and neighbors. We are looking for both full and part-time staff member to fill postions created by our upcoming expansion.
\*Responsibilities\*
- Conduct assessments to develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement and review therapeutic exercises and modalities
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercises
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care
- Monitor and document patient progress accurately
\*Qualifications\*
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey
- Experience in areas such as Orthopedics, Sports Physical Therapy and Manual Therapy is preferred
- Knowledge of discharge planning, home community care, and physical therapy systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
