Key Responsibilities will include: Lead underwriting of new acquisitions and build compelling investment case presentations Develop and maintain advanced financial models and reporting tools Drive asset performance tracking and identification of growth opportunities Support debt raising and manage lender relationships Take ownership of key workstreams across acquisition and disposal processes Contribute to strategic pipeline development and market analysis Requirements for this Role Newly qualified accountant with experience in corporate finance, transaction services or real estate/hospitality investment Strong financial modelling and analytical capability Exposure to real estate/hospitality sector is desirable Commercial, proactive and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment About Our Client A well capitalised & entrepreneurial investment platform.
