Job Description

Job Title: Retail Support Manager

Place of Work: Mace Whitefield Hall Bettystown, The Walk, Whitefield Hall Avenue, Bettystown, Co. Meath, Ireland


Salary: €36,605 per year


Hourly Rate: €18.05 per hour (based on 39 hours per week)


Working Hours: 39 hours per week


The main functions of a Retail Support Manager include maintaining and ensuring compliance with all management systems within the Unit’s Balanced Scorecard (BSC) framework. The role focuses on developing and implementing effective communication plans to support operational transparency and performance alignment. The Retail Support Manager will be responsible for reforming and streamlining the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) into a concise, auditable, and reliable performance management system while improving the accuracy, presentation, and timeliness of reports for the Leadership Board and Head Office. Additional responsibilities include enhancing staff awareness and participation in performance evaluation, managing documentation related to contracts, budgets, publications, and performance data, and creating innovative mechanisms for efficient data collection and dissemination. The role aims to improve reporting speed and overall operational efficiency within the retail unit.


Skills and Requirements:



  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience in performance monitoring, reporting, and operational coordination.
  • Ability to analyse data and prepare management reports.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and reporting tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Minimum Qualification: Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Management Studies, or a related field. Relevant experience in retail operations, management support, or performance monitoring is desirable.


Additional Information: The position is full-time and permanent. xcfaprz The successful candidate will work closely with store management and Head Office to support operational performance and reporting.
