We are on the lookout for a Senior Employee Relations Advisor to become a vital part of our HR team. In this role, you will take charge of managing a diverse range of employee relations cases, ensuring that every matter is handled with efficiency, fairness, and a customer-focused approach. You will also play a key role in enhancing management capabilities across the business through training and coaching.

As our Senior Employee Relations Advisor, you will:

• Act as the primary contact for all ER queries for both UK and Hong Kong employees.
• Take ownership of ER issues, including disciplinary actions, performance management, grievances, and employment tribunal cases.
• Provide technical support on team changes, restructures, and redundancies.
• Record, report, and manage all ER data, ensuring compliance with legislation.
• Drive improvements in management practices through coaching and training on HR policies.
• Enhance employee effectiveness by embedding processes that align with our brand values.

• Collaborate with Learning & Development to create training materials for Managers on key ER processes.
• Implement a training roadmap to ensure regular ER training sessions.
• Plan, facilitate, and deliver engaging training sessions to Managers.

• Assist the Shared Services Manager with projects influenced by external factors, such as changes in Employment Law.
• Drive continuous improvement within our ER processes for more efficient operations.
• Work alongside other HR Specialists to ensure a positive framework of good employee relations.

• Prepare relevant HR data for the 4-weekly board report.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide insights into various business areas.
• Generate ad hoc reports as needed.

• This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days in the office each week.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment, managing a high volume of cases.
