Customer Service Representative
Location: Voorhees, NJ (100% Onsite)
Pay: $19-$20/hr
Type: Full-Time, Onsite | Open to Entry-Level
Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Voorhees, NJ. This is a fully onsite role-perfect for someone who enjoys being on the phone, communicating with customers, and providing excellent service. Entry-level candidates are welcome.
Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide information, resolve issues, and document interactions
• Maintain accurate records and update customer files as needed
• Support internal teams by relaying customer feedback or urgent escalations
• Uphold high service standards and contribute to a positive team environment
Qualifications:
• Strong communication skills and comfortable handling phone-based customer interactions
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
