Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Services Specialist. As a main point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for our clients and visitors. Clients love us and are a pleasure to work with, this makes the job and help we provide very rewarding.

Duties

- Make introductions for clients to trusted CPAs, Estate Planning Attorneys and Healthcare professionals

- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department

- Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and project coordination

- Address client service needs with Schwab

- Provide clerical support to various departments as needed

- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings

- Depending on the person/ goals there is an opportunity to go into Investment Advisory side of our business or para planning. 

Experience

- Previous experience in servicing clients or guests preferred (Could be at a similar firm, a
