Field Representative

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Field Representative to join our team. In this role, you will play a part in our Marketing Activities as well as work on-site during production as a helper. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be comfortable with engaging customers, and have the physical ability to work with our crew to complete insulation projects.

Responsibilities

• Work as a helper on active job sites installing insulation.
• Work as the lead on our local marketing efforts, attending networking events, home shows/expos, and local branding.
• Assist our team with logistical tasks such as scheduling orders, Inventory Management, phone calls to Clients, and pickups/deliveries.
• Utilize phone etiquette to foster positive relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve processes.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in English.
• Previous experience in a customer support environment is preferred.
• Proficient in using computerized systems for data entry and record keeping.
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in Attic and Crawlspaces.
• Experience driving a box truck is a plus but not required.
• Must be adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
