Fire Alarm Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Fire Alarm Installer to join our team! This is a potential hybrid position!

Responsibilities:

• Program new fire alarm panels and communicators
• Visit potential job sites to meet with customers
• Draw fire alarm prints and submit to state if need be for approval
• Meet with AHJs to do finals for all fire alarm installs
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with fire alarms
• Identify risk to customers and provide effective solutions
• Conduct site visits to monitor installation progress, ensure adherence to plans, help install and resolve any issues promptly.
• Order parts for all fire alarm install projects and check them in as they arrive
• Monitor inventory of service parts

Qualifications:

• Nicet level III in Fire Alarm
• Previous experience in fire alarm installation, maintenance, or other related fields
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
• Solid understanding of fire alarm systems design standards and relevant safety regulations
• Familiarity with hand and power tools
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Strong attention to detail
