Help Wanted: Survey Crew Chief

We are seeking a experienced and motivated Survey Crew Chief to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land surveying, leadership skills and the ability to oversee survey crew operations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate survey crew activities
• Operate and maintain survey equipment
• Ensure accurate data collection and recording
• Collaborate with project managers to meet deadlines
• Ensure safety protocols are followed

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Survey Party Chief or similar role
• Valid surveying license or certification would be a plus
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency with total stations, GPS and other surveying tools (We recently switched from Topcon to Leica)
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
