Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician to join our rural healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to patients, diagnosing and treating various health conditions, and ensuring the overall well-being of individuals under their care. This role requires a strong commitment to patient-centered care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a community focused environment.

Duties

• Conduct thorough physical examinations and assess patients' medical histories.
• Diagnose illnesses and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Perform minor surgical procedures as needed.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including laboratory tests and imaging studies.
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Provide education and counseling to patients regarding health management and disease prevention.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in clinical trials when applicable, contributing to advancements in medical research.
• Stay updated on the latest medical practices, technologies, and regulations.

Skills

• Knowledge of Basic Life Support (BLS) protocols.
• Familiarity with Medical Records management systems.
• Experience in a Medical Office setting.
• Experience in Acute Care settings.
• Familiarity with Medical Coding for billing purposes.
