• Own and manage production environments and live platform operations
• Define monitoring, alerting, and performance optimisation strategies
• Lead incident response and drive continuous reliability improvements
• Reduce downtime through automation and platform resilience
• Support multi-environment deployments with strong CI/CD automation
• Design and standardise system observability and alerting frameworks
• Improve recovery times through structured incident management
• Support services from design through deployment and live operations
• Provide operational feedback to engineering teams on system resilience
• Contribute to system readiness, capacity planning, and launch activities
• Support DevOps pipelines, operational controls, and automation practices
• Monitor availability, latency, and system health across live services
• Enable sustainable xcfaprz scaling through reliability engineering
• Collaborate across distributed global teams
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing
• Participate in on-call rotation and out-of-hours support when required
