Senior Project Manager

As a CSA Project Manager at Flynn, you will lead projects from initial concept through to final completion. You will ensure that your project team delivers safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

• Develop and regularly update the construction programme in collaboration with the Contracts Manager, ensuring key milestones are achieved.
• Provide strong technical leadership, coaching and mentoring the project team to drive performance.
• Assess and allocate appropriate staffing resources, maintaining clear and effective communication across the team.
• Implement Flynn’s Safety Management System and foster a strong, proactive safety culture on site.
• Oversee quality management throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring all work meets required standards and specifications.
• Control project costs, managing preliminaries and subcontract packages effectively to maintain budget discipline.
• Partner with the commercial team to achieve agreed financial and contractual objectives.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships, proactively communicating updates on progress, risks, claims, and delays.

• Third-level qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience managing complex commercial construction projects, including General Contracting (New Build) and Fit‑Out works.
• Experience in Design & Build project delivery.
• Proven ability to successfully plan, coordinate, and deliver complex projects.
• Strong technical competence with excellent numerical, analytical, and report-writing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and sustain effective stakeholder relationships.
• Commercially astute, with the ability to identify and implement cost‑effective solutions.
• Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, or equivalent project scheduling software. xcfaprz
