Senior Engineer

A well-established Main Building Contractor is seeking a Senior Engineer to work on an apartments project in North or South Dublin (two projects available, location flexible to suit the successful candidate).

Responsibilities:

• Verify the accuracy of calculations in plans, drawings, and quantities.
• Manage and interpret contract design documents from the client or architect.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, supervisors, planners & project workforce.
• Supervise and monitor ground works and civil engineering contractors.
• Resolve unforeseen technical difficulties and address other emerging problems.
• Oversee health, safety, quality management and BCAR coordination.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Senior Engineer or Section Manager on building projects. xcfaprz
• Proficiency in use of Engineers Level, EDM/Total Station, AutoCAD, GPS.
