Remote Benefits Representative - Work From Home - Training Provided

Job Description

We are hiring remote team members to help union families review and understand their available benefit options.

This is a work-from-home position where you will meet with members virtually and assist them in selecting the coverage that fits their needs. Our team provides full training, structured presentations, and ongoing leadership support.

No prior experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual benefit review appointments
• Provide clear explanations of coverage options
• Assist members with enrollment when appropriate
• Follow a structured training and mentorship program

Compensation

• Performance-based commission compensation
• 1099 independent contractor role
• Uncapped earning potential
• Weekly pay
• Performance bonuses available
