Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience across all communication channels.

  • Full-time position
  • Monday through Friday
  • 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures
  • Resolve customer complaints in a calm, efficient, and professional manner
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics (response time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction)

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Proven customer service experience or related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, CRM systems)
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
