Customer Service Representative

Job Description

General Purpose
Responsible for being the main point of contact for assigned territories to support and maintain our existing business and assist in the development of new business.

Responsible for processing, maintaining and updating customer orders through Storopack's SAP system.

Process customer orders, returns, changes, credits, rebates according to policy and execute properly.

Provide support to team members to meet the goals and objectives of the company vision and mission.

Essential functions

• Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
• Facilitate a positive and professional work environment by demonstrating professionalism and consideration of co-workers, excising initiative to offer assistance where and when appropriate.
• Coordinate daily business activities.
• Deliver performance reports as required.
• Capturing of accurate and complete information in Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) and SAP system.
• Perform other assignments as required and determined by the needs of the business.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or related field or minimum 5 years relevant experience in similar industry (required).
• Associate Degree in Business (preferred)
• SAP, MS Outlook, MS Word, and JIRA experience (preferred)

Key Competencies/Physical Demands

• PC literate including familiarity with Microsoft Office programs.
• Written and verbal language skills to support communication with team and customers.
• Must prioritize and handle multiple tasks as they arise.
• Must be detailed oriented, results driven and must have the ability to analyze and problem solve.
• Able to occasionally travel to off-site locations.
• Must be able to process information by PC, telephone, fax and copy machine.

Storopack specializes in protective packaging for “in-the-box” product applications. Storopack produces flexible packaging materials such as; Air Cushions, Paper Padding, Foam-in-Place, Loose Fill, Bubble, Mailers, Pre-Molded Foam Cushions and the packaging systems producing these materials on-demand at the customer facility. We work directly with the client and sell our products through distribution.
