Summary

"We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our Jobs4Blue team in Freehold, NJ. In this role, you will be pivotal in delivering exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism. Your contributions will directly support our mission of providing best-in-class software solutions to organizations nationwide."

Several shifts are available. (Weekends are remote once fully trained)

Monday - Friday (3pm - 12am)

Sunday - Thursday (2pm - 11pm)

Sunday - Thursday (11pm - 7am) OVERNIGHT SHIFT

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to clients via phone and email.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction after service interactions.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Contribute to team goals by meeting performance metrics

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service or call center environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
