Innercare is seeking a dedicated OBGYN Physician for a full-time position in Brawley, California. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality women’s health services in a supportive, mission-driven healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care and open to mentoring advanced practice providers while helping expand access to care within the community.

Both experienced physicians and new graduates completing residency are encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary: $375,000 – $390,000 (negotiable)

• $20,000 – $30,000 sign-on bonus

Schedule and Shift Details

• Monday to Friday schedule

• Shift options: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Occasional weekend coverage

• On-call responsibilities approximately 5–6 days per month

• No travel required

Requirements

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology

• Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)

• DEA registration

• Controlled Dangerous Substances (CDS) certification

• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

• AHA Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification

• Minimum 3 years of OBGYN experience preferred (new graduates considered)

• Leadership or mentorship experience preferred, or willingness to mentor NP/PA staff
